No pets shall be brought onto the property (even temporarily) without the express written permission of the Lessor. The unauthorized presence of a pet will subject the Lessee to penalties, damages, deductions, and / or termination. The minimum penalty will be a $250.00 per occurrence, Non – Refundable fee. We do not allow any pets of liability, this includes but is not limited to: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Boxers, Dalmatians, etc. If the Lessor permits a pet on the premises, the max weight limit is 20 pounds and there will be a nonrefundable pet fee in the amount of $200 in addition to the aforementioned security deposit which shall be submitted via the Tenant Cloud app or website. A maximum of one pet will be allowed, and a monthly fee of $29 shall be added to the monthly rent for each pet.
